Overview

The REO Prospecting Center is your personal web site that allows you to register and generate customized mailings to your database of prospects. Prospects can be past customers, hot leads, farming areas, or any other type of prospects that you would like to keep in touch with to generate sales. After your agent profile is updated, you may then enter your prospect into the prospect information section. Once a prospect is registered to receive mail, a customized mailing will be sent once a month that is personalized from you! This card will include information surrounding their current home from within their zip code. Current listings will only be those that are listed with one of the Real Estate One companies. Sales data will be from public and private sources, such as the various MLS services. 

Getting The Job Done

With REO Prospecting Center, doing a customized mailing is easy! The following steps are all that it takes to do your own mailing:

1. Check your Agent Profile for accurate information. All information entered will be included in your mailings. For example, if you do not wish your cell phone to be on your mailings, then leave this area blank.

2. Be sure to select the box to register the Prospect. Unless marked "yes" the database will not send mail to this prospect, but the record can still be stored for reference later!

3. Unless you indicate "custom order" the Prospecting Center will select the properties that are displayed for current listings or sales. Any custom orders are subject to a $25 special order fee.
